My dad said something about the wheels must have perfect width. Im trying to find cheap wheels to put snow tires on there. Do they have to have Mustang wheels? Or could i just get any wheel thats 16"? Any help would help.

look on ebay for mustang wheels would be a good place to start. you didnt say what year you had so i dont know what to tell ya. the fox body cars are 4 lug and the 94 up are 5 lug. but the 05 up have the same bolt pattern but different backspacing / offset. on my 95 gt vert i got 17x8 in the front and 17 x 10.5. but usually when your buying a mustnag set of wheels they already have the right spacing.
