I use the Mobil 1 10W 30 with a Purolator oil filter. Mobile 1 is good stuff and the Purolator oil filter is made very well also.

For the 1st  10 years and 148,000+ miles I used Pennzoil 10 W 30 and a Fram Oil filter.

I've since changed to Castrol Syntec 10 W 30 and a WIX oil Filter.
