Where do I buy a Mustang interior kit for my foxbody

I am obviously biased because I work for and developed the Fox Body Interior line for TMI Products But I would encourage you to check TMI's reputation in the industry, whether Classic Mustang, Late Model or Fox Body. All the best dealers carry our stuff and TMI really does try to do it right. The main thing is that you get what you pay for and it is OEM Quality or close. Be careful of "cheap prices", you'll fight it and likely end up disappointed.
I can recommend a couple of Dealers who either sell, or have sold, interior products from TMI as well as the other guys. Ask them.
