Everyone should be able to see the black top tool bar that consists of the Gallery Calendar Donations My Messages Buttons

Also does anyone see any red xs anywhere? If there's a new reply within a forum it should be a little black new icon.

What is this toolbar you speak off?? Is it a myth,

I don't see the complete toolbar with  gallery etc.
